Founded in 1994, the Pasadena based California School of Culinary Arts is in partnership with the world famous Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School. The California School of Culinary Arts offers you the opportunity to train in Pasadena, California, in one of the most geographically and culturally diverse regions in the world, providing the perfect backdrop for a culinary education.

The California School of Culinary Arts offers two culinary arts degrees. 

Associates Degree in Le Cordon Bleu
You can receive an associates degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, learning classic French techniques combined with American technologies in professionally-equipped, modern kitchens. This program includes academic classes, hands-on lab classes, a restaurant rotation and a 360-hour Externship in world-class venues. In addition, you have the opportunity to take classes in Garde Manger, Baking and Pastries, Hot Foods Production, Culinary Language, Wine and Beverage, Nutritional Cooking, Sanitation, and Psychology of the Kitchen.

Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management Diploma Program
The Hospitality & Restaurant Management Diploma Program is an accelerated 12-month program designed for students interested in owning or running a restaurant. 

Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie & Baking Diploma Program
The Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking Diploma Program offers a Le Cordon Bleu diploma for those interested in becoming Pastry Chefs.
